Use Directions

Take about 5ml Shariramrit oil and gently start massaging your strained muscles, joints, and skin for 15-20 minutes. Following the massage, clean the excess remaining un-soaked oil from the skin. Make sure that the massaged area remains warm and clothed. For best results, use the Shariramrit Oil before sleeping and leave it overnight. Wash the area the next morning with lukewarm water. To notice remarkable results, use Shariramrit Oil continuously for a minimum of 3 months.

I feel this oil is way better than the medicated oils. I used this oil to massage my leg, it is working great for me. I wasn't able to walk for long due to the pain, but after the regular massage with Shariramrit, I am walking more than before.
