AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service are entered into by and between you and The Indie Earth and govern the terms of an affiliate program (the “Affiliate Program”). BY SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM, YOU ARE INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AS WELL AS The Indie Earth’s TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY. Your participation in the Affiliate Program is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Please read the Terms of Service carefully. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service, you must not participate in the Affiliate Program.
- Eligibility for the Affiliate Program
To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must submit an application through The Indie Earth Affiliate Signup, available at https://theindieearth.com/. There’s no sign-up fee. The Indie Earth reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any application for membership in the Affiliate Program for any reason. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old in order to participate in the Affiliate Program. Offer valid for India users only.
- Referrals
Refer your groups about The Indie Earth and earn 00% of what they order from our website.
Referral earnings will be calculated on approved earnings what The Indie Earth have made.
4 STEP PROCESS:
1. Visitor Click on an affiliate link shared by you.
2. The visitor’s IP is logged, and a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
3. The visitor browses our site and may decide to order.
4. If the visitor orders, the order will be registered as a sale for you, and you will receive a commission for this sale.
- Commissions
The commission will automatically be credited to your account on month to month basis. The percentage of commission may change at any time and without notice. In case the user’s transaction is cancelled/returned for any reason, the Profit will not be ‘Confirmed’ and will be ‘Cancelled’ as per policies.
You will not receive referral commission for a Current Customer Referral for any payments the customer made to The Indie Earth before the referral. The Indie Earth, in its sole discretion, will determine the classification of any referral as a “Current Customer Referral.”
You are responsible for any and all tax liabilities, including, without limitation, income tax liabilities, that arise from or in any way relate to any commissions paid out to you by The Indie Earth.
The Indie Earth reserves the right to request documentation in order to approve your account. These requests may be made during the Affiliate Program application process or at any time while you have an active account in the Affiliate Program. If requests for documentation are not responded to in a timely manner, The Indie Earth reserves the right to terminate, deactivate, or not approve your account.
- Marketing
You shall bear your own costs and expenses related to marketing and promoting The Indie Earth and/or the Affiliate Program. The Indie Earth is not obligated to reimburse or credit you for any marketing expenses.
You may not engage in any of the following marketing activities and represent and warrant that your marketing practices do not violate any of these restrictions:
- Termination
The Indie Earth may, in its sole discretion, terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, and without warning or notice. The Indie Earth reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program and not pay the accrued balance if you have been deemed to breach The Indie Earth’s Terms of Use or these Terms of Service or engage in any conduct that The Indie Earth deems to be illegal, improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse or detrimental to The Indie Earth .
In The Indie Earth’s sole discretion, affiliate accounts generating a large number of fraudulent accounts or that are associated with any false or misleading advertising or suspected fraudulent activity will be deactivated.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you shall immediately terminate.

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found at https://theindieearth.com/privacy-policy/. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
- Changes to the Terms of Service
The Indie Earth may review and update these Terms of Service at any time in our sole discretion and it is your responsibility to keep abreast of those changes. All changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes which are binding on you, so please check this webpage periodically for updates.
Disputes
With respect to any dispute regarding the website, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of New Delhi, India, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within New Delhi, India, subject to foreign legal mandatory provisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, differences, or claim arising out of your visit to The Indie Earth website shall be referred to as the sole Arbitrator appointed by the Chairman and Managing Director of The Indie Earth in accordance with the law. The venue of such arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
